Marion B. Wachtel (nee Acocella), longtime Somerville, NJ resident, passed away on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013 at the age of 78. She most recently resided in Ottsville, Pa.

Marion is survived and lovingly remembered by her children, Susan Johnstonbaugh, Debra Raffo, and Lisa Sternadori, her brother Anthony Acocella, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 4 nieces and 2 nephews.

Marion was born in Montclair, NJ. She graduated from Montclair High School in 1952, and worked as a Financial Analyst for AT&T for over 20 years. Marion enjoyed bowling, traveling, reading, and was an avid sports fan all her life. She donated to many charities and organizations, and was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She was a bright, caring woman who will be dearly missed.

Her celebration of life will be held at Caggiano Memorial Funeral Home, 62 Grove St., Montclair, NJ on Saturday, June 8th from 10am-12noon. Interment will take place at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery located at 712 Grove St., Montclair, NJ immediately following.
