Lifelong Salvation Army pastor, Major Barbara J. Kelly ,age 66, of Bloomfield , was promoted to glory on Monday, November 4th, 2013, at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born February 11, 1947 in Kittanning, PA, to Thomas A. and Betty J. Oliver. Major Kelly is survived by her husband of 44 years , Major Charles Kelly. She is also survived by her children, Kristina E. Lackey (Tod), Charles P. Kelly (Joanna), Kathleen M. Bailey( Jim), her seven grandchildren, Morgan, Zachary, Noah, Benjamin, Jacob, Luke, and James, her brothers, Thomas, David, and Daniel Oliver, and her sisters, Margaret Oliver-Platt and Julie Campbell. Visiting will be held on Thursday November 7th, from 6-9 pm at The Salvation Army Montclair Citadel, 13 Trinity Place, Montclair, and Friday November 8th from 1:30-2:30 with a funeral service beginning at 3pm.
