Obituary for Arthur Jafraty
Arthur Jafraty, 79, of Nutley, passed away on TuesdayDecember 20, 2016. Visiting hours will be held on Monday December 26, from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair.caggianomemorial.com A funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 27th at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair.
Arthur was born in Montclair, raised in East Orange and Bloomfield before settling in Nutley in 1973. He was a bus mechanic for New Jersey Transit for many years, and served in the US Marine Corp from 1955-1963.
He is survived by his wife Concetta (nee Petronaci), and by his children, Cheryl Pavliv (Gregory), Cindy Jafraty(Anthony), his siblings, Francis, Charles, Patricia and Regis Wank, 3 grandchildren, Adrian and Adela MacDonald, and Anastasia Pavliv, and many nieces and nephews
