Obituary for Theresa "Tessie" Mattia

Theresa Mattia "Tessie" (nee Lodise),95, of Bloomfield, passed away on Saturday January 28, 2017, at West Caldwell Care Center. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday February 3, at 10am at Sacred Heart Church in Bloomfield, interment at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield. Visiting will be on Thursday February 2, from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. caggianomemorial.com

Tessie is survived by her son Gerald Mattia, her grandchildren, Tracey Dressel and Brian Mattia, and her great grandchildren, Victoria, Bethany, Alexandra, Harris, and Carson, and was predeceased by her husband Alfonso in 1985, and by her siblings, Frank Lodise, Jean Milano, and Adeline DeRogatis.
