Obituary for Elizabeth Shea
Elizabeth T. Shea, 91, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on April 3, 2017. A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, April 10th at 10am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield, with an interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Bloomfield. Visiting will be on Sunday, April 9th from 1-5pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St., Montclair. caggianomemorial.com
Elizabeth was born and raised in Newark, N.J., before moving to Bloomfield in 1966. She worked for Westinghouse-Phillips Lighting in Bloomfield in the Lamp Division for many years before retiring, and was a member of the Rosary Society at St. John's Church in Newark. Ms. Shea is survived by her nieces, Margaret Ellen Douglas Scola and her husband, Gene, and Mary Stackhouse. She was predeceased by her sisters, Ellen Stackhouse, Catherine Douglas and Eileen Shea.
