Obituary for Loretta M Cooper
Loretta M. Cooper (nee Cardell), 100, of Caldwell, passed away on Monday May 8, 2017. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 16th at 10:30am at St Theresa's of Calcutta Parish, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church , 94 Pine St, Montclair, with an interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair Visiting hours will be on Monday May, 15th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. caggianomemorial.com
Loretta was born and raised in Montclair, lived in Bloomfield before settling in Caldwell 17 years ago. She was a Clerk at Economic press in Montclair for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Walker and her husband Arthur, her sister Martha Savanello, her grandchildren, Barbara Katona and her husband Edward, and Arthur Walker Jr and his wife Barbie, and her great grandchildren, Christoper Gannon, Melissa Gannon, Prescott Walker, and Cooper Walker, and many nieces and nephews, ans was predeceased by her husband Arthur S. Cooper, and by her brothers, James, Benjamin, Ernest and Emido "Sonny" Cardell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org
