Jeanne Gonnelli Andraous, 73, of Verona, entered into eternal peace on September 2, 2017.
Jeanne was born and raised in Newark, before moving to Verona in 1971. She received a Bachelor and Masters degree from Montclair University. As a highly regarded and dedicated biology and chemistry teacher, Jeanne created many fond memories for the staff and her students at East Side High School in Newark, where she worked for 32 years. Her exuberant laughter, and generous, kind heart impacted everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her.

Jeanne was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, and friend who will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 7, from 4-8 at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove Street in Montclair. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, September 8, at Our Lady of the Lake in Verona, followed by entombment at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in East Hanover.
