Pauline M. Robinson (nee Koob), 75, of Belleville formerly of Orange, and originally from Lake Wilson, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Friday, September 29 at St. Catherine’s of Siena Church in Cedar Grove, with an interment at Rosedale Cemetery in Montclair. Visiting hours will be on Thursday, September 28 from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. Caggianomemorial.com

Pauline was a long-time waitress at Carbone’s Restaurant in Harrison, and also worked as a bookkeeper at a credit union in Belleville. She is survived by her children Chris and his wife Janet, Eliana Robinson Lopez and her husband Joe, and Jason; by her grandchildren Christopher, Nicholas, Vanessa, Brooklynn, and Olivia; by her siblings William, Douglas, Anthony, Kathryn, Gregory, Kevin, and Leslie; and by her friend and loving caretaker Jose Robinson.

Pauline was a gifted gardener and talented knitter. She loved a good game of pinochle or Scrabble, and had to have Fox News on in the background. She was always good to stray cats and stray people.
