To: Innarella Family: I mourn alongside of you in the passing of Phillip, I knew him as a dear friend, a fellow NY Yankees fan; a great all-around guy with a heart of gold. A person with a character like Phil had comes around every once in a while, there are not that many good one's like Phil left. I will miss Phil so much and I know he is w/ God right now. Julie..there are no words. Phil was so sweet and kind..I remember sitting in your living room..the 3 of us and the fur babies..just talking and laughing. At Fox and Hound watching hockey. He could make anyone laugh...and I know he is in heaven cracking jokes and smiling down on you and his family.

I am shocked and saddened by this terrible news. My deepest heartfelt condolences to Julie, Philip's daughters and family. Philip was my friend. No matter how much time passed when we saw each other it was like no time had passed at all. May God rest his soul.
