Condolence: Winnie - a dear friend, colleague, mentor, innovator in the field of dietetics. She left an imprint on the lives of countless numbers of students at Rutgers, Perth Amboy, and Middlesex County College. I was hired by Winnie to develop her idea of a dietetic internship at Perth Amboy and we have been good friends ever since. We shared many adventures traveling to many meetings and shared our happy moments and our tears. I will miss her very much. Winnie, good job down here - you deserve a rest!
