Obituary for Charles Bates
Charles Bates, 76, of Montclair, passed away on March 12, 2018. Visiting hours will be on Friday from 3-7pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair, with a funeral service to begin at 6:30pm at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
Charles was a biomedical engineer at Electro-Catheter Corp in Rahway before retiring. He is survived by his children, Joseph Bates and his wife Barbara, Edward Bates, Kevin Bates and his wife Nicole, and by his grandchildren, Marion and Annie. He was predeceased by his wife Josefina in 1985
