Condolences

Condolence From: Jennifer Ugarte
Condolence: I’m so terribly sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how you must feel. I have personally found comfort in scriptures like Job 14:14,15 which remind me that God cares so deeply for us that he yearns for the day when he will bring us back to life (John 5:28, 29). I hope that these words bring you comfort as well. If you wish, you may contact me to learn about the resurrection hope found in The Bible.

Condolence: My deepest condolences for your great loss. I was a student of Louise's back in the 80s at Hunter, and took a class with her every semester. She was a generous and important mentor to me and to her students. She stays with me always, with her books on my shelf, and this week I presented at a conference and talked about her book, Writing as a Way of Healing, which I use as a therapist with my clients. I love Louise and will miss her being in our world, my heart aches for your loss. I know she loved her life with Ernie, and she would sometimes say in class (paraphrase) how she could not imagine living anyone else's life. She had so much love from so many. Please take care of each other.

Condolence: A great inspiration for my thesis about Woolf's The Voyage Out. Will never forget her scholarship and insight. May God bless her and heal the hearts of her beloved family.
