Lisa Anne Ellis, 31, of West Caldwell and Bloomfield NJ, passed away on January 8th, 2019.
Lisa was a graduate of James Caldwell High School, Class of 2005, then graduated with a Bachelor Degree from Montclair State University, Class of 2009. She previously worked as an elementary school teacher, then continued her education at Essex County College where she pursued a career in Radiography. She was currently employed at the Consumer Product Testing Company in Fairfield, NJ.
She was pre-deceased by her grandfather Caradoc Ellis (1976), aunt Sherry Lynn Montalvo (2011), cousin John (Jack) Knarr Jr. (2018)
Lisa is survived by her parents Marc and Donna (nee Porcaro), sister Megan and her husband Christopher Miele, grandparents Dolores (nee Paganelli) and Peter Porcaro & D. Joyce Ellis, aunt Lorraine Harlem, uncle John and his wife Elizabeth Porcaro, cousins Peter and his wife Desiree Porcaro, Christine and her husband Scott Knopse, Adrienne and her husband Michael Mariano, Gordon Opecko Jr. and John Paul Porcaro.
She loved all animals, had a dog named Luna, was an aunt to three fur-babies, Jaxon, Lexi and Bandit who she loved to babysit. Lisa was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, loved the New York Yankees, was a very creative spirit, and loved to draw. She loved meditation and spiritual wellness, and attended youth group Antioch Church retreats at Notre Dame Church in North Caldwell.

Visiting will be on Monday January 14th from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Church, Roseland with an entombment at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in East Hanover.
