Veronica “Vera” Brunetto Klein, 92, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013. She was born to the late Thomas and Rose Brunetto, August 1, 1920, in Montclair, NJ. Veronica received a BA in history from College of St. Elizabeth, Morristown, NJ in 1940. In 1948 she married the late John Klein, and they moved to Baltimore, MD. Veronica taught for 15 years at Ferndale Elementary School in Anne Arundel County and was passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students. Veronica is survived by her children Rosemary Klein, of Catonsville, MD, and John Klein, of Sykesville, MD. Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 11:30 a.m to 12:30pm, at Caggiano Memorial,62 Grove St, Montclair, caggianomemorial.com, and at 1 p.m. to a funeral mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Montclair, followed by the burial at Immaculate Conception Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community.
