Obituary for Dorothy Veltri
Dorothy (nee Covello) Veltri, 94, of Cedar Grove, N.J., originally from Newark, N.J., passed away peacefully at her home on August 24, 2015.
Dorothy is predeceased by her beloved husband, Salvatore and loving daughter, Brenda Veltri Possamato. She is also predeceased by her siblings, Charles Covello, Joseph (Demus) Covello, Mildred Benaquista and Gloria Elias. Dorothy is survived by her son John and her granddaughters, Kristina, Danielle, and Alyssa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 27 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Montclair, followed by an entombment at Gate of Heaven, East Hanover. Visiting will be held Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St. Montclair. caggianomemorial.com
