Obituary for Doris Walsh

Doris  Walsh
Doris Ann Walsh (nee Cummings), 91, lifelong Montclair resident, passed away on Sunday, May 27th, 2018. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, June 3rd from 1-5pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am on June 4th at Church of the Immaculate Conception in Montclair, interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair. Doris was a waitress at the Robin Hood Inn in Clifton for 35 years. She was a member of the Saint Vincent’s Auxiliary in Montclair, and the Saint Cassian Bells Bowling League. She is survived by her children, Brian and Gary Walsh, and Sharon Egan, by her daughters in law, Bonnie and Hillary, and her son in law, Chris. Her grandchildren, Adam and Jeff Walsh, Robin, Peter, and Milo Egan. Her sisters in law, Dolly Cummings, Mary Walsh, Carol Walsh and Carol Fay. And by many nieces and nephews.

Doris was predeceased by her husband Edward Gabriel Walsh in 1988, by her parents, Charles and Ann (nee Napier). Her brothers, Chuck and Bobby Cummings. Her sister in law, Joan Cummings.
