Obituary for John DiMilia Sr.

A. John DiMilia Sr., 81, of West Caldwell formerly of Montclair, passed away on Saturday July 14th, 2018. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday July 19th at Notre Dame Church in North Caldwell with an interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Upper Montclair. Visiting will be on Wednesday July 18th from 3-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. Caggianomemorial.com
John was an owner and president of John DiMilia and Sons in Montclair in which his father started in 1929. He was a charter member of The American Sports Buliders Association, and enjoyed wintering in Naples, Florida.

John is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lynn (nee Thorward), his children, Anthony John DiMilia Jr. and his wife Michelle, Cheryl Lynn Miller and her husband Craig, Cindy Lynn Faloni and her husband James, his sister Lucy Ferrera , his grandchildren, James Jason Faloni Jr., John David Faloni, and Jessie Lynn Faloni, and was predeceased by his brothers Mario and Gino DiMilia.
