Obituary for Betty Kidon

Betty Kidon, 70, (nee Lombardi) of Bloomfield, formerly of Montclair, passed away at home on July 26, 2018. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am on Monday July 30th at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, in Montclair, cremation will be private. Visiting will be on Sunday July 29th from 1-5pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. Caggianomemorial.com
Betty was a physical education and health teacher for the Elizabeth public school system from 1994-2013, prior to that she worked in the Mountain Lakes, Ridgewood and Totowa public schools systems.
Betty is survived by her children John Kidon and his wife, Trish, and Kristin LaBatt and her husband, David; her sisters, Carol Wickham, and Barbara Tserkis, her grandchildren, Brady, Ryan, Brooklyn and Alexander, and was predeceased by her husband John in 2013 and by her parents Louis and Florence Lombardi.
