Every girl should have a cousin “Junior” and I was lucky enough to have you. I dreaded the teasing then but cherish it dearly now! There is a picture of you and me sitting on the floor of my old home in Newark, right next to Grandma’s house. You’re in your military uniform and I’m in my toddler PJs. You told me as soon as you got home from your duty that you drove over to Aunt Eleanor’s to see me. Thanks for always being happy to see me when I walked in a room. Thanks for the rides everywhere. Thanks for always yelling, “Hey Lucia – get up – you sleep too much.” Thanks for never missing a milestone in my life. Thanks for the bowling lessons, driving lessons and life lessons. Every picture tells a story, Jun, and I’m very grateful I have many stories of you. I will miss you. Love, Lucia Boosha.

To Angelo’s Family
When I think of Angelo three things come to mind--Family, food and fun! His love of family shone through in all he did from his frequent phone calls to check in on us to coming all the way out to Michigan for my wedding. He made sure we all knew to fully embrace the food is a sign of love philosophy. On a visit with him a meal was always involved, no matter the time of day. Crabbing with Angelo is one of my favorite memories of fun. He saved me from many a crab loose on the bottom of a boat. He especially combined family, food, and fun in my daughter Bella’s memories when at a meal he (and Ruth) gave her Moosie, her most beloved childhood friend.
In this difficult time, I hope you feel surrounded by much love, as he surrounded us all with it. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

To my uncle,

The simple fact is I love you and miss you.

You are at peace now and with Grandma, Grandpa, and Ruth watching over us.

And I am sure you are helping fix God’s refrigerators

I know they have the Admiral brand up there
