Linda Hartman, of Montclair, NJ concluded her earthly journey peacefully on March 12, 2020. Linda was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 4, 1953 to Fred and Concetta (LaVenia) Hartman. She was raised in Deer Park, NY and settled in Glen Rock, New Jersey where she was an educator and lover of learning. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and William Patterson College where she earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree, respectively. She taught media studies at Glen Rock High School for 23 years. Linda was married to Herb Kraut until 2011. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Devinn and her son Daniel and an equally devoted Ya-Ya to her grandsons Trey (from Devinn) and Dane (from Daniel). She was also a loving mother-in-law to Chris and Shorena. Linda loved culture, diversity and traveling the world collecting experiences and adventures. She loved to live, she was a warrior and she lived life to its fullest. She is survived by her children, Devinn & Daniel, her ex-husband, Herb, her grandchildren, Trey and Dane and soon to be Georgiana, her sister, Christine Price and her brothers Steven Hartman and Gregg Hartman.
