Piero Di Benedetto, 60, of Parlin, passed away on Monday November 9th, 2020. He was born in Durban, South Africa and emigrated to the United States with his family in 1969.
Piero proudly served as a lieutenant for NJ Transit Police Department for many years. He loved music, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and son.
He is survived by his wife Cathi, his son Michael, his in-laws Lisa, Adele, and Ken, and by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins - also by his beloved pets, Sadie, Talia, Stella, and Cooper.
He was predeceased by his parents, Gaetano and Anna Di Benedetto, and by his brother Nicolino.
