Obituary for George Corbo
George M. Corbo, 99, of Cedar Grove, passed away on December 8th, 2020. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday December 15th, at St Catherine of Siena in Cedar Grove, entombment at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, East Hanover. Visiting Tuesday morning from 8-9am at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair.
George was a group leader for Walter Kiddie in Belleville for many years, and was an avid bocce player in the Cedar Grove League, in which he was one of the founders.
George is survived by his wife Frances, his children Georgiana Corbo, and Michael Corbo and his wife Myra, his grandchildren, Alexander and Maxim, and was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Clementina Corbo.
