Obituary for Philip Alampi

Philip Alampi, 85, of Glen Ridge formerly of Clifton and Montclair, passed away Sunday, June 21st, 2015 at his home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday June 25, 10.30am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Montclair. Interment at Immaculate Concption Cemetery, Upper Montclair. Visiting will be on Wednesday from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. caggianomemorial.com

Mr Alampi was a production manager for BASF Inmont Corp in Lodi. He was a volunteer at Yogi Berra Museum at Montclair State College, an usher at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Montclair, and a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Air Force.

Philip is predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Zaccareo )n 2015 his brothers, Vincent , Anthony and John Alampi , his sisters, Jane Alampi, and Mary Telban i he is survived by his children, Philip and his wife Tracy, Paul and his wife Robin, his grandchildren, Amanda, Stephanie, P.J., Michael, Andrew, Nicholas, .
