Obituary for Charles Agostini Sr
Charles Agostini Sr, 90, of Verona, passed away on Sunday July 2nd, 2017 at Crane's Mill in West Caldwell. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 6th at 10:30am at Our Lady of the Lake in Verona, with an interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Upper Montclair. Visiting will be on Wednesday July 5th, from 4-8pm at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair. caggianomemorial.com
Mr Agostini was an entrepreneur and owner of several businesses and a WWII veteran. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lorraine (nee Mascera), his children Charles Agostini Jr. and his wife Jill, and Susan Banta, and his grandchildren, Jody Rusin, Chas, Mark, Kaitlyn and Brian Agostini, Tim Banta , Suzanne Currie and Dana Banta, by 14 great grandchildren, and by his brothers Ralph, Joseph, and Serafin Agostini, a sister, Jean Poduvynsky, and was predeceased by his parents Carlos and Anna, and by his sisters, Portia, Penelope and Virginia
